Few men in recent years have played a more significant role in Southern Nevada's home industry than Ken Baxter and Performance Marketing.
In fact, since 1973 Performance Marketing has completed the sales for over 216 communities and over 56,000 homes.

Ken Baxter is the founder, owner, and chief executive officer of PMA Realty (Performance Marketing) and began his career by hiring, training and motivating a staff of nearly 100 home specialists at Heartland Realty in Salt Lake City. PMA dominated the Salt Lake City market for over two decades, outselling the top five local real estate companies combined. In the 1980’s, working seamlessly with builders, lenders, FDIC and the RTC, Performance Marketing successfully liquidated all of the REO high rise inventory in Salt Lake City.

In 1990, Baxter moved his company to Nevada. With his leadership, PMA quickly became a driving force becoming the number one home marketing company in the Las Vegas Valley. He has been directly responsible for more than eight billion dollars in sales volume and has paid over $106,000,000 in commissions to date. He provides PMA clients with four decades of real estate sales and marketing experience.

Ken attended Brigham Young University and the Builder University. He is currently chairman of the Eagle Scout Recognition Committee and escorts America’s future leaders to Nellis Air Force Base for private performances of the USAF Thunderbirds. Mr. Baxter is a sponsor of the Andre Agassi Foundation and, as part of the Ken and Linda Baxter Family Foundation, has contributed to numerous scholarship programs at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Brigham Young University, Southern Utah University and the Honolulu University. He is also an active supporter and contributor to the People Synergistically Involved Educational Program.

With an uncanny ability for forward thinking and identifying trends, Mr. Baxter has blazed a new path to the future by buying the first ticket thus becoming the first founder of Virgin Galactic, the premier company dedicated to making the dream of public space tourism achievable. Through the K&L Baxter Family Foundation, Ken and his wife Linda share a deep desire to educate others on the enormous challenge of climate change and its debilitating effects on the our planet. Ken is also very passionate about reclaiming America's manufacturing base through the efforts of Made In America.
