His very first instrument was the alto saxophone, where he learned about music theory and performance from elementary through high school marching, concert and jazz ensembles.

At the age of 15 Keith then began to learn to play the guitar and piano/keyboard. After a few more years he began and completed four years of professional vocal lessons. Additionally, he was a founding member in the original local bands; Shattered Image, Glass Alley, Surreal and the variety, disco/funk band Alphabet Soup.

Furthermore, he has considerable studio experience with the recording of two all original Albums. Currently he is writing, recording original material and performing with his newest project The Untouchable Duo/Trio!
