From there, perform in Talent Shows, Concerts, and Middle School Plays. Such as, the lead role in a rewrite of the acclaimed story of Cinderella my fellow classmates and I wrote, in which I played the leading role of Cinderella, and sang the main solo "In My Own Little Corner" made famous by the acclaimed R&B Singer, Brandy. Upon graduating from Middle School, I was awarded the choral award. In High School, I continued my music career I joined my families music group known as Silkwood, which was made up of us five members. My uncles; Norman, Michael, Steven, and my late father Peter Wood, and myself. Performing professionally at venues such as Mohegan Sun, The Expo Center, NAACP, and last but not least The Seaport World Trade Center opening up for the famously acclaimed musical sensation "The Whispers" From there I continued learning all I could of the musical world, realizing even more that it was the world for me, and the one I wanted to continue living in, and succeeding in.
