Colorado kid born and raised I love the outdoors hiking riding my dirt bike camping etc.My skateboard is the only girl I love her name is Sheryl. Fitness is a large part of my life it helped me with a handful of self esteem issues and now it keeps me on the straight and narrow so I dont end up in a place alot of ppl expect me to. I'm a very friendly person I love making new friends and meeting new faces. I'm not happy about decisions ive made in my past but I wont let them change who I am, I just accept them as life lessons and learn from them.

Strength does not come from winning.

Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.What we face may look insurmountable. But I learned something from all those years of training and competing. I learned something from all those sets and reps when I didn't think I could lift another ounce of weight. What I learned is that we are always stronger than we know.
