Firstly let me introduce myself, I'm single, never married and no kids. I'm here to find interesting people to chat which I really enjoy.

I love to cook and all things foodie is my passion. Sad I know but I do like doing photo recipes and posting here. This included a second interest of mine, photography. One day I would like to expand portraiture, so if you would like to be considered please let me know.

I adore Jack Daniel's, probably a little too much. It's been a tipple of choice long before it was widely available in the UK. Now that's a long time. I'm also one of the diminishing smokers in the UK. But I like it and I'm going to continue.

Other things I've done: I went to University twice. I've lived in France for two years and London for over 10. Now I'm in the East Midlands due to work. I've flown a plane. Scuba dived. Played golf and snooker. Appeared on the BBC1's The One Show when I won the UK's best Chilli competition. Just a few things. May not mean much to most but are memories to me.

I like to think of myself as a gentleman. I live on my own in my little apartment and relish nothing more than getting the neighbours round on the weekend for a good drink or cook them dinner.
