..Of Buffalo Juggalos: Buffalo Juggalos is a strong close-knit community of over 700+ local members that was founded by long-time friends Polmar and Skrcrow in 2007. Polmar is credited for the creation of the group's logo, the "Hockeyman," as well as the slogan "Hockeytown is down with the clown!"
