Patrizia Giannelli born the 24th September 1974 in Pietrasanta- Lucca - Italy.

Musician, guitarist, singer and songwriter.

At the age of fourteen she began to play classical guitar. After taking private tuition, she decides that the road to take is another......."That of Rock". Hydrea is immediately recognized in the sound of "British Progressive Rock"...........particularly by "Pink Floyd" and" David Gilmour", inspiring her to undertake the path of music.

At the age of sixteen, for family and economical reasons, she temporarily leaves her "Muse" and begins to work in pubs and restaurants in Versilia. Tired of repressing her unconditional "Love" for music..........will resume her artistic path in the year 2000.She then decides to take singing lessons with the Soprano Mirella di Vita, a very valuble teacher and still, today a good friend and advicer.

For nearly five years she studies the various singing techniques. Thus, achieving an interesting version of "U2'S "With or Without you" and performing in many singing contests under the name of Scarlet Rose.

From 2001 to 2005,she performs in local singing contests in the area of Viareggio, Camaiore, Lucca and Pisa. However, these contests due to the competitiveness and very little meritocracy, do not appeal to her. Later she joins "The Philharmonic Versilia D.E.B, the local town band. She plays the percussions in the rhythm section, from the north to Central Italy. On the road of continuous experimentation, for a sound which has a personal identity. Currently her musical work is concentrated in creating a new musical identity.

For her musical research, Hydrea has also had a

"London Experience”

(from the 11th October 2011-8th February 2012).

There she lived for four months, free and without restraints, but above all observing people's energy change.

In 2011,she started to develop and work at her music project,! "The Era of Change". Thanks to the contribution of her artistic friends, "The Era of Change" was finally completed and the whole essence of this project can be seen and heard in this video. The music and also social project, regards a change of "Era" as in change of human consciousness, which should lead to positivety.
