The main theme of this Project is the impact on society and everyday life of slavery and racism at this time. The 5 Articles i chose to make up this Project where : a Rap Battle with classmate Alex Boyce (2 articles), Designing a webpage, class quiz/ personality survey, and classroom discussion with outline. In this project, i wanted to combine the older issue of slavery with a fresh platform such as social media. All of the articles found in my MGP reflect the issues of slavery an racism in ways that weren't explored at the time in the novel.

The webpage contains all documents relate to this project, it also contains a series of "status updates" from the perspective of Huck in the form of powerful quotes and selections from the text.

The personal survey serves as a fun and interactive way to involve the audience in the presentation, as well as segway nicely into my next article, which will tie more tightly into the main topic of slavery and racism

The class discussion is involve the class as well as force them to think deep into what each character stands for, as well as how slavery impacted their lives.

The rap battle is a lyrical, rhythmic, and comical way to emphasize the tensions between slave workers and their rich plantation owners, granted on a much smaller, less violent scale.
