It all started one day when Cody and Jake Bowles began playing Guitar and Drums together in their basement and wanted to form a band. One fateful day by some wild coincidence (to be described at a later date), they met Dylan Behan. Over the next month they would end up forming the rock n' roll band known today as HeavyEarth, writing songs of many flavors and lengths. They have released a self entitled demo as of march 2013 available from their bandcamp link on the page. In the summer of 2013 they were faced with the dropping out of the founding guitarist, Jake Bowles, but later introduced the guitar of Anders Neilsen from August to the end of September. After a long search of guitarists, they came across the brilliant guitarist, Kevin Comeau, who was originally from the band Quantum Odyssey. The band is currently writing much material in hopes of an EP release and tour.

They are most often compared to sounding like a symphony of man-legged walruses giving birth to corn on the cob, just the way you like it.
