As a recruiter I prospect, and recruit talented healthcare professionals to help them further their careers. I find this work to be among the most fulfilling endeavors I have ever undertaken. The fulfillment comes from working with great clients and outstanding candidates. I strive for and demand win-win scenarios by providing outstanding service to our talent and clients.

In addition to recruiting I also have had the opportunity to develop and help operate a sports development company and a sports management company. Our objectives and goals were to prospect, recruit and sign college players to NFL contracts. I primarily recruited players on the west coast traveling to Washington, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada and San Diego, California.

In a world of starters I am a finisher whether the endeavor be running my own businesses, publishing a book entitled "Ready for the Defense," or earning a black belt in tae kown do.
