In June and July of 2006 he released two singles titled ‘A Prayer Away’ and ‘Dance’ respectively.

The building blocks of the ministry of Garfield Reid include the Portmore Vision Gospel Choir, PVGC, etc... With PVGC, he had the opportunity to participate at ‘Genesis 2004’ at Jam World, ‘Choir Fest 2004’ and ‘It Soon Be Done’ in November 2005 at Cinema Two, New Kingston. Notably, all of whom Garfield has worked with in the past still shares a very good relationship. Even though not currently a member of PVGC, from time to time he has been called to minister with them.

Garfield Reid has successfully completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History with a minor in Political Science at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus.

He later went on to win the 2007 JCDC Gospel Festival Competition with his entry piece ‘Signs of the Time’ and later that year He was featured on the track titled ‘You Are Holy’ which appeared on the debut album of Minister Blessed titled ‘Purpose’.

He recently finish working on his debut album titled ‘Survival’. This album features singles such as ‘Father God’, ‘That Touch’, ‘Walk Holy’, ‘Careful’ featuring DJ Nicholas and ‘God Will’ and ‘In The Name of Jesus featuring Goddy Goddy which was recently released.
