Somewhere in 2001 we re-established an old school grindcore band called I scream: Protest.
We only played 2 gigs and after kicking out the only original member we changed our name and recorded our demo under the name of F.U.B.A.R. It saw the light of day in the beginning of 2002.

Whit a demo in hands we started to play as much as possible and soon after we started to write new songs for our first release, a split with American grinders: Catheter. It was released somewhere in 2003.

After that more shows, gigs like Obscene extreme, giants of grind, on a boat, in a tent, a lot of squats, Soos Plock, Bloodshedfest and whit bands like Phobia, My Minds Mine, Autoritär, Last days of humanity, Regurgitate, Sculs and Flames, Sayyadina, always good times and good friends. We also did some little tours with Ohlo de Gato and Matka Teresa, which we released a 7inch and a demo tape with.

2005 was a good year for F.U.B.A.R., we were very happy to released our first full length cd on Bones Brigade Records. And we also got on a plane to do a tour in Brazil together with Evokers and Bart Boumans.

Back home we started to work on an split with our friends of Blood I Bleed. And after having seen Splitter play we decided it also would be very nice to do a split with them. That one was releases sometime in 2008.

More shows more releases. We did a few European tours one on our own because Fuck That was not allowed to leave the country and one with Jesus Crost. We played Hellfest a few UK tours and a lot of shows around Europe.

In 2009 we recorded splits with Sylvester Staline and K.S.K. In 2010 we did a release with Lycanthrophy.

In 2012 we released our second full lengt, Lead us to war and split 7inch with Embalming Theatre.

We toured Europe once again with Warfuck and Lead us to war will be released on tape and 12inch vinyl.

For the futere, prepaire for more noice and violence.
