Flavia is a saxplayer, bandleader and composer that lives in the greater LA area. Also i lived in New York but mostly here where i was married. I used to have my disco band, 9 piece funk band in europe, then a 6 piece in LA and played rock and jazz for others, back then. Now i focus on my Soul, R&B, Smooth Jazz Group. I play since 23 years and had just started with a Manager that died in 08 sadly on Cancer.

My style i write in, is smooth groovy music some with vocals, every third fourth song. ...stay tuned for new releases or/and ask for original music links. A few band members sing/double on instruments.

In certain locations i play cover music if wished, a bit of Grover Washington, Dave Sanborn, Miles Davis, Sting, Herbie Hancock, Marvin Gaye, Al Green, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Toto, Janet and Michael Jackson...good for corporate and privat parties and public events, both. I did an first album and worked with 12 Bands in the 90s like The Ruleless (Funk), Under Current (R&B and Funk), Which ones Pink (Pink Floyd Tribute), New Sensations (Disco/Dance), and The Zippers (Top 40, R&B and Dance), a David Bowie Tribute etc. etc. and many Artists that did showcases, opened for Earth Wind and Fire and closed for Duran Duran and Joe Cocker etc.
