Influenced by bands such as Black Sabbath, Pantera & Alice in Chains, FIELD OF STONES is heavy enough for the guys but has a melodic edge that the ladies enjoy.

Since their inception in 2008, FIELD OF STONES has raged venues throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and has shared the stage with bands such as Dublin Death Patrol, House of Broken Promises & White Which Canyon. In December 2011, FIELD OF STONES digitally released a 3 song demo that contains the song "Bleeding", which has been played on FM radio, 107.7 THE BONE.

In March 2012, FIELD OF STONES entered the Hard Rock Rising contest and received enough votes to perform in the semi final round at the Hard Rock Cafe in San Francisco. Some lineup changes in the guitar department stalled the production of their first full length CD. On October 19th 2013, FIELD OF STONES released their debut self-titled album.
