Mexican band Escopeta Roja was formed right after hardcore punk band No 666 broke up in 1999.
Drummer Sergio Carmona Martínez, known by his nickname of General Curtiss, and guitarist El Lobo decided to put a new act together inviting ex-Epilepsia bassist Bosse, joined later by guitarist Rayo and singer Ely Santana. During August and September of 2000, Escopeta Roja recorded its first EP called Algún Día...El Algún Momento. ~ Drago Bonacich
