Guitarist, singer, songwriter, and arranger David Zweig began performing locally in New York City in the late '90s.
Alternating between intimate solo shows and blistering rock concerts that featured bass, drums, and horn sections, Zweig began to develop a loyal following. Flaming Lips producer Keith Cleversley, impressed by Zweig's demo, offered to helm the songwriter's debut, All Now With Wings. The record was released on Zweig's own Ebb & Flow label in 2000 to unanimous critical acclaim, cracking the Top 20 on eight of its' 50 college playlists. In 2003 Zweig completed Keep Going, again with Cleversley for Ebb&Flow. ~ James Christopher Monger
