David Larrosa out in his music what he believes, what he wants and enjoys.
In this first production that appears with a solo album released by Molecula Studio, “El Trazo de la Linea” shows his devotion to dexterity, that is as strong as his determination to keep producing.
The CD was recorded at his own studio in Montevideo, Uruguay, where he lives with his family. These 11 songs that are focused from progressive rock, exposed the doubts, temptations, and pain that undermined these years down the road. David made a recording that has not taken lightly in any aspect of the process.
David was in the music scene since young. In his teens he was part of bands at school, led by bands like Extreme and Metallica. But in the 90 interest in the guitar is renewed when known artists like Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Yngwee Malmsteen and Paul Gilbert.
Here is where he start to have a greater interest in instrumental music.
“I firmly believe that music is a gift, created to express things that can not be put into words …”. In fact, David hopes to be able to reach a wide audience and not locked in a bubble. “Now I see things differently,” says: “I am older, I have a family and I am more mature than 25 years ago when I started writing my first songs. I take very seriously what I do. Music is in my life and always has been.Is all I’ve known do.Is part of my body.Is what I plan to do the rest of the time is coming. ”
The result is an incredibly eclectic album thath goes progressive rock , without neglecting the acoustic guitars and electronic loops.
David has released his first solo album independently, with Molecula Studio, a personal effort to help other artists to achieve goals.
“I spent many stages to reach the objectives, but all I learned is not just for me, but I can help others go further.”
“I’m just impressed that I was able to do this album,” he concludes. “I must say I could not have done it without my family. I give them all the credit. It was never easy. I see I have a chance, and I’m excited about what will happen now. I’m ready to move on.”
