Originally named Enforcer, they were formed back in 1999 by Jim as a solo project. Two years later, Nick joined the band and took over the lead guitars.

In 2008, Concrete Force self-released their debut album "Mental Enforcers" on cd-r. The album was re-released in 2010 by Blower Records with two bonus tracks. The band also appeared on Blower Records' "Forged in Metal" Compilation (2010) with the song ''Epic of Hate''.
