They get together with Kevin, on the drums, and play the first concert under the name CODE ORANGE in the Shamrock Irish Pub. By the end of 2007 Kevin had already left and Benjamin and Sebastian were rehearsing with Raphi, who soon also became a member of the Band.

2008: Diego joins the band as a singer. After a succesful year playing concerts in Ingolstadt, Benjamin and Sebastian started having problems and Benjamin decides to leave the band. The band finishes the year playing as a trio, with Diego on Bass guitar.

2009: In early 2009 the band recruited keyboarder Philipp and guitarrist Peat. This also proved to be the most active year in the band´s history: CODE ORANGE played in the Ingolstadter MUSIKSZENE in Ohrakel and managed even to paly the first ever concert outside of Ingolstadt in the nearby city of Eichstätt.

2010: Chris joins the Band on the Bass guitar. Tension was building up between Sebastian and the rest of the band and the band decides to part ways with Sebastian, who then founded the bands THE DUDES, with Chris, and DOOMBRNGER, with Thom, who used to be a rodie for CODE ORANGE. CODE ORANGE recruited Benjamin back on the guitars and once again they have a pretty succesful year playing the Ingolstadter MUSIKSZENE for the second year in a roll, opening for the band THE EMPIRES DAWN, and headlining the SUMMERFESTIVAL in the Fronte Bluebox that year. The year 2010 proved to be the last one with keyboarder Philipp, due to personal problems he leaves the band by the end of the year.

2011: Benjamin exposes to the band his desire to leave the band again in order to pursue an Apprenticeship in Munich. He played his last concert with CODE ORANGE on Diego´s birthday at the Paradox Cafè in Ingolstadt. Markus (ex-MUTILATORS, BROKEN MIND) joins the band as guitarrist in time for the MUSIKSZENE that year, where CODE ORANGE played alongside the bands DEVIL´S DINER and RAISE INSANITY. During the year 2011 the band was joined onstage by Marc (AZAEL, MJ) on the Bass guitar. Still the band was going throuh difficult times. All band member were wy too busy with studies and/or work so this was altogether a quiet year for the band.

2012: CODE ORANGE headlines a great night at the Paradox Ingolstadt, once again by the occasion of Diego´s birthday. Few weeks after the concert conversations started about the future on the Band: By this time Markus had joined BROKEN MIND as a Bass player and Raphi was living 2 hours drive away from Ingolstadt and therefore the band was officially put on hold. In the end of October CODE ORANGE had to move out of their rehersal room so there was one last "rehersal", to which all past and present member of the band were invited. The closure of 2012 is that Peat, now studying in Regensburg, and Markus, now officially full-time member of BROKEN MIND, are unable to continue playing with the band on a regular basis, leaving the band with no guitar player. Diego and Raphi, only remaining members at this point, decide they are still gonna keep on doing music together and Raphi´s girlfriend Elena is asked to do the singing meanwhile Diego jumps to Bass guitar again.
