Fans now anxiously await the release of Coastal Eddy’s long-awaited debut album "Sex & Shelter" which is scheduled to be in online stores at the end of this year December 7, 2013.
"Sex & Shelter" shows Coastal Eddy's soulful rock & ska sound with their feature song "Fish Out of Stream", but, also punches out their hard hitting style with songs like "Western Cheese" and "My Thai”. Recording engineer Brian Wallace, a renown musician of his own, also contributes a saxophone solo on the track “Darlin O””. With a blend of rock, ska, and sometimes slightly psychedelic moods, “Sex & Shelter” brings that classic feeling alive and makes us feel good that there are bands out there that still play live instruments in this digital music era.

Coastal Eddy is Cory Cosio, Abel Vallejo and Jeremy Hunter. Influenced by many of the bands from San Gabriel Valley, CA., they finally came together in 2009, where for the next few years played for audiences throughout the Inland Empire and Southern Ca. building their own unique style to an ever-growing fan base. Coastal Eddy is fueled by their heavy hitting drummer Musicians Institute graduate Abel Vallejo. Feeding off him on bass guitar is Inland Empire’s Cory Cosio. Coastal Eddy is led by singer songwriter Jeremy Hunter who’s rhythmic guitar playing and soulful vocals complete this power trios on point style of music.
