Chris Kepics is a native of the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.
His first job in radio came in 1997 where he served in a summer internship program for WROX 96.1 FM in Norfolk, VA. He later joined the morning team at AM 1490 WBYM in Hampton, VA. It was there that he was given the opportunity to work in audio production for the first time as well as become a part of the on-air morning show. In the fall of 2002 he decided to send an air-check demo to Studio Center – Total Production in Virginia Beach. After hearing his wide range of voices, dialects and celebrity impersonations they knew that adding him to their roster of talent was a no-brainer. Since then he has had quite a successful career with Studio Center, performing in hundreds of voice-overs and narrations for local and national ads on television, radio, the internet and even recording voices for cartoons and children’s talking toys. In the summer of 2004 he took part in the production companies largest project to date as the new “voice of AOL” by re-recording the popular phrase, “You’ve Got Mail.” This received local and national media attention. He appeared in newspapers, magazines, numerous websites and even a local television news show (which you can watch on his MySpace site: www.myspace.com/chriskepics). In the summer of 2006 he became the over-night rock DJ for 100.5 Max-FM WXMM in Virginia Beach. He also worked as a promotions assistant and local concert photographer. At the same time he also worked for Westwood One and Metro Networks reporting on local traffic conditions and news updates. In the summer of 2007 Kepics joined the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, a Union which represents professional actors, broadcasters and announcers.

Chris Kepics is married to Jennifer Kepics and lives in Virginia Beach, VA.
