The twenty-five years old songwriter/ singer and producerhas delightfully emerged after bringing a dead history to life and puttingsmiles in the faces of his family and fans.

John, a son to Hannah Williams who is the first femalegospel artist in Sierra Leone and late Rev. John Tamba Stevens now worked handin hand with his mother and brother Shalom Williams.

John was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone on the 9th ofDecember 1990 after the bitter loss of his father in a dramatic accident. Thisloss questioned the minds of churches especially the Assemblies of God Missionon what was to be the next era of Hannah Williams and the eight monthspregnancy.

John schooled at the St. Edwards Primary School and headedto Nigeria where he attended the Kings School. He then came with his mum toGuinea where he schooled his secondary school at the Alleluia Christian Schooland the Jubilee International School. Coming back home after a very long leavepursued his studies as a computer specialist in Hardware and Electronic Systemat the Institute of Advanced Management and Technology (IAMTECH).

In 2005, he grew interest in music and was highly supportedby his mother who through her influence made way for him to become a choristerat the Alleluia Pentecostal Church. There he was well groomed and it became anentrenched interest. His zealous performance improved his talent and later gotinterest in learning the drum, guitar and the keyboard.

At the great return, in 2012 his mother through a proper assessment of his performance had to bring him on the stereo along with hislittle brother Shalom Williams who diligently trained to be a professionaldancer; with their first release, GRACIOUS GOD in the album TESTIMONY. Theyboth also placed tremendous performance in the worship medley AR DAE FALL FORYOU.

In 2013 John along with his mother and little brotherreleased the hit of today’s gospel music GOD OF SECOND CHANCE where John andShalom were brought light in Sierra Leone, John as the lead artist. This albumpullulated with two hit songs YOU CHOOSE ME by John and WHY YOU LEK ME SO byhis mother. Amidst of all this, the album raised the level of their music tothe highest international standard and has gained popularity in the USA, wherehis mother received a lifetime achievement award in Gospel music. So many toursand invitations has been attended and yet to be attended.

John has practically been following late father’s footstepin both leadership and music of his two churches FAMILY CHAPEL MINISTRIES andthe VICTORY GOSPEL CENTRE ASSEMBLIES OF GOD MISSION, as a matter of fact, hebrings to date the memory of his late dad Rev. John Stevens.

Now has released his first album 2016 titled "DIS KYN GOD" which is blessing a lot of lives in Sierra Leone and abroad.
