Ever since I was a child I’ve had a great interest in anything related to music, to such a degree that I have discovered my passion in other areas, like radio and TV broadcasting.
I started learning piano at an early age, I took an audio course at the Berklee College of Music, and got certified as a Pro Tools Operator in music, becoming one of the first Mexican women to do so.
I adore music in all its genres and I have always had the opportunity of participating in various musical projects, making use of my keyboards and synthesizers; in my dj career, I’ve had the pleasure of sharing the love I have for music which such diverse talented personalities such as Felix Da House Cat, MSTRKRFT, Steve Aoki, The Bloody Beetroots,Crookers, Heidi, Sandra Collins, Droogs, LA Riots, M.A.N.D.Y., Lazaro Casanova, We Are The Love Search (Blake Miller & Whitney Marston Pierce), Staccato (Gina Turner & Louisa Pillot), Audiofly, Audiojack, Lenno, Claude Vonstroke, Toxic Avenger,Yolanda Be Cool, Lee Foss, Dj Joy,Ely Guerra, Los Amigos Invisibles, Los Concorde Dj Set, Niña Dioz, SLKTR, Sonidero Travesura, Sussie4, Andre VII, Kay (WAGONER), Ulises Lozano (Kinky), Belanova, Ugly Non Djs, El G, Calle13, Nortec, Kinky, A Band Of Bitches, Lützenkirchen and many more.
One of my most memorable accomplishments is being the first Mexican dj to play Habana, Cuba. I made my debut in the United States playing the SXSW International Festival at Austin Texas.
Currently I keep discovering new things in the audiovisual territory, since I am currently studying to obtain the Audiovisual Bachelor, another way that I’ve been able to integrate my love of music, creating audio design for short films, which led me to found “Lemon Bros Media” with my brother Israel Limon to give shape to new audiovisual projects. As a researcher I collect music from across different genres, as a composer and producer I have become the motor that pushes the artist collective from the Common Time Records netlabel that will launch late 2013.
