The second reunion took place in mid-August 2019, when Maxim finally started writing music. Until mid-September, he was a single member, after which he was joined by Alexey Ovchinnikov, his best friend and colleague in the electro-rock band "Untiled X Zero"created in June 2016. However, due to personal reasons, in mid-October, he left the band, which had already released three non-album tracks.

At the end of October, the group included: Anastasia Slavskaya, Natalia Kartasheva, Polina Chistyakova, Farida Kerimova. At the end of April 2020, the conflict between Alexey and Maxim was completed, as a result of which the collaboration between#brokenreflection and the electro-rock band was resumed, which was renamed from "Untiled X Zero" to "MADFEARS" in late November 2019.

In June of the same year, the band broke a six-month hiatus after releasing a new off-album track at the end of January, releasing a single. New off-album tracks were released in July and August, while the next single was released.

In August 2020, the team entered digital platforms for the first time. Joint albums with MADFEARS are planned for release in the fall, as well as a third mini-album and a second Remix album.
