In an attempt to capture the sonic energy of their liveperformances, the 11 songs of the LP were almost entirely recorded in a livesituation, leading to a consistent and very distinct sound.

The musical influences ofthe band are primarily rooted in the sound of 1990s guitar-music – the era ofGrunge and Alternative-Rock – and transformed into their very own idea ofcontemporary Rock-Music, creating a Pop appeal of its own.

While the musicalperformance mingles detailed arrangements, guitar riffs and catchy tunes, theLyrics of “Underneath the Subsurface” are heavily influenced by dystopianideas, consequently questioning our contemporary way of life. DanceableIndie-Rock meets the desire for a better future.
