He responsible to handle incoming and outgoing communication, file and clerical work. She is in charge of scheduling meetings, maintaining complex filing systems and databases, document review and preparation and supervising the other staff and also responsible for working with high-level executives at company to provide top-level assistance. He majorly acts as the medium of contact between the executives and internal/external clients. He also handles the requests and queries of customers appropriately.
