The "Roar" singer goes to the polls with nothing but bed head in this new PSA.
Katy Perry has really been showing her patriotic colors during the 2016 Presidential Election. But now it looks like she's ready to bare it all in order to inspire others to vote or register today (September 27) National Voter Registration Day. Teaming up with Rock the Vote and Funny or Die, the pop singer stars in a hilarious PSA that will lets us know it's OK to go to the polls on November 8 without combing your hair.
In the clip, not only does she literally jump out of bed and head to her polling place, but she's also rocking some crazy hair that kind of reminds us of her look in "Last Friday Night." But she doesn't just bring the kooky to the screen, she also takes it all off, claiming that the US Constitution allows it. (It actually doesn't.) She's then taken in handcuffs and thrown into the back of a car with Joel McHale, who's also in the buff.
