The accusations are "demonstrably false," according to Brown's longtime lawyer Mark Geragos.
Chris Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos took to Twitter late on Wednesday night to claim that his client is innocent. The rapper was jailed on Tuesday (though quickly released on bail) after actress Baylee Curran accused him of threatening her with a gun.
Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes. Chris is out and well. The allegations against him are demonstrably false #TeamBreezy

Geragos claims that Curran "fabricated" the incident. “It has become apparent that the allegations are not just false but fabricated,” he said to the LA Times. He further noted that Brown "cooperated fully" with police.
Police have acquired footage of Brown's home captured by his home security system, according to the Times, but have not released details of what was captured on tape.
Brown was formally arrested for suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on Tuesday. He has a long history of arrests, most notably spending six years on probation for assaulting Rihanna in 2009.
