Search Skylab 3 in Google, and you'll immediately get a ton of information about a 1973 American space mission. However, Ben Frascina is working towards changing that. Taking on the same moniker, the UK producer has been hard at work crafting a collection of songs that make up his debut album, A View From Above.

The 16-track LP offers a variety of meticulously crafted soundscapes that will really take you out of this world. As you move from song to song, it's easy to hear how he is influenced by hip-hop, electronica and trip-hop. 

"My debut album A View from Above is an assortment of songs I've created over time, which are influenced by a vast array of subjects, experiences, places and other music that I like listening to," Frascina tells Myspace. "The process of coming up with the whole album involved experimenting with sounds and ideas, building on them and hearing each track begin to come to life and enjoy them."

He also adds, "I'd love for anyone to be able to take a moment to listen to the album, get lost in the sound and see where it takes them. I personally feel that it's quite ethereal, atmospheric and is a representation of my mind, all condensed into a selection of songs!"
