New Beat Fund is four of the least serious, serious musicians you will ever meet, and that’s not a bad thing. Personifying the musical style G-Punk, they embody the psychedelic forms of the genre without the supercilious noise that tanks so many bands’ careers (think 311, Kottonmouth Kings, Hed PE). New Beat Fund is all about the good time not only for themselves, but also for their fans—as was plainly seen during their set at this year’s Bottle Rock festival (and their epic cover of Rae Sremmurd’s “No Type”).

Myspace wanted to know more about New Beat Fund, so we hung out with them in Napa to get to know the fun loving G-Punkers a little bit better.
