Boston quartet take it to the beach with their latest song.

That croon! Those buoyant guitar chords! It's all so catchy when it comes to Boston-based quartet Tipling Rock, and today Myspace is excited to premiere their newest single, "Low Tide Love." In the song, the band shows off its knack for crafting fun, jangly indie tunes. The song seems not only tailor made for sing-a-longs, but for luring listeners out onto the dance floor too. It's those qualities that serve as proof of their musical influences that include Young the Giant, Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes according to bassist Dillon Salkovitz. As for the inspiration behind the song, Salkovitz says the band was going for a carefree vibe "meant to capture the feeling of a young, blissful summer romance." Mission accomplished!

Tipling Rock's core members, including frontman Ben Andre, drummer Tommy Schubert and Salkovitz, originally met in high school before rounding out their lineup with lead guitarist Matt Lewin while attending Northeastern University. Since officially forming two years ago, the group has released an EP and now their latest single.
