Kanye said 'The Life of Pablo' was only going to be there—just kidding!

When Kanye West said that his latest album, The Life of Pablo, would only be available on TiDAL, we kind of believed him because he does have a stake in the streaming service, and let's be honest, this is such a Kanye thing to do.

Justin Baker-Rhett thought the same thing and signed up for the service so he could add Ye's record to his playlist. However, The Life of Pablo is now available on various streaming services including Spotify and Apple Music, the one place Kanye swore it will "never never never be."

Now Justin is taking legal action and suing the rapper for tricking fans into subscribing to the service for exclusive access to his music.

"We fully support the right of artists to express themselves freely and creatively, however creative freedom is not a license to mislead the public. We believe that we will be able to prove to a jury that Mr. West and Tidal tricked millions of people into subscribing to their services and that they will ultimately be held accountable for what they did,” Justin's lawyer said in a statement (via The LA Times).

Kanye has yet to respond to the lawsuit. But knowing him, we're sure to hear something about it soon.
