Aziah "Zola" Wells' 148-tweet tale of prostitution gone wrong will soon hit the big screen.

Hooters waitress Aziah "Zola" Wells seemed destined for Hollywood. Last fall, her 148-tweet saga about a Florida road trip featuring herself, an exotic dancer and a pimp had Selma director Ava DuVernay reading along in India: "Drama, humor, action, suspense, character development. She can write!"

Still, no one could have predicted that #TheStory would become a feature film directed by and starring James Franco. Deadline reports that the movie will be an adaptation of the Rolling Stone story "Zola Tells All: The Real Story Behind the Greatest Stripper Saga Ever Tweeted." And as of now, Zola doesn't appear to be involved in the film, as James' past collaborators Andrew Neel and Mike Roberts wrote the script. However, ahe assures on Twitter that she is fine with the outcome.

A release date has yet to be announced.
