Paul Rey may not be a household name yet, but we think that's going to change this year. The Swedish crooner recently released his debut EP, Good as Hell, and is currently supporting Nico & Vinz on their European tour dates, but before any of that happened we showed the up-and-coming pop star a good time in Downtown LA that included munching dirty dogs, window shopping and a fresh 'do for the young musician. In return, he serenaded us on a DTLA rooftop with his EP's lead single and title track.
