You might be surprised by who once roamed the halls of Canada's famous fictional high school.
Shannon Kook
Where you know him from: Kook was in both The Conjuring, and The Conjuring 2.
His role on Degrassi: Zane Park, soccer player, turned football kicker, who pushed quarterback Riley Stavros to come out of the closet in the midst of their tumultuous on-again, off-again, relationship.
Raymond Ablack
Where you know him from: The second of three Degrassi actors to have appeared on Orphan Black, Ablack not only has a small role on the sci-fi hit (maybe we’ll see him again), he also did six episodes of the Syfy series Defiance, and three episodes of Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments.
His role on Degrassi: The level-headed Sav Bhandari, who came from a strict Muslim background, but disobeyed a few of the rules his parents laid down, including dating girls outside of his religion. Sav’s sister, Alli, would prove to be a far bigger headache for their parents.
Miriam McDonald
Where you know her from: McDonald appeared on an episode of Orphan Black, and was also in Poison Ivy: The Secret Society, certain scenes from which we definitely can’t put on this site, but let’s just say a whole lotta guys had some visual fantasies fulfilled.
Her role on Degrassi: For 180 episodes McDonald played Emma Nelson. The daughter of a teen mother, she was known for being mature, and responsible, as well as being an idealist, and an environmentalist, who was never shy about voicing her opinion.
