Meet the fiery pop singer with a penchant for soulful love songs.

She Likes to Write About Love

"One way or another, we’re all just really looking for love. Now, it’s not necessarily always a relationship. We all have a genuine desire to be loved, feel loved… My first two main topics that I’ve always written a lot about are religion and love. Both of those things [have been] huge contemplations for me throughout my life. I think most people can relate to that in some way too. We’re all just trying to figure it out."

"Dandelion" is about Her Two-City Lifestyle

The singer-songwriter splits her time between Tennessee and New York City. "It’s been that way my whole adult life. The last line in the chorus of that song is 'There’s a Mason-Dixon line in the life I’ve made.' The song, for me, is really a commentary to the overall… my overall contemplation in life for me is what is the balance between my quiet life in Tennessee and my city life in New York. How does that effect my life and what I do and who I spend time with?"

She’d Like to Collaborate with Future

"I really like his music. I think he’s kind of bonkers but I actually really love his music. I think it would be really fun to work with him. What he does and what I do are not anything alike except for the fact that I think we both are very honest. I think it would be interesting to work with him. I would love to collaborate with him."
