Travi$ Scott dropped his debut album, Rodeo, today and celebrated the release last night at New York's UP and Down. The Biebs came to the city to party, and also perform some music. He sang his Jack Ü hit, "Where Are Ü Now" before jumping into "Maria You're Drunk," his contribution to Rodeo, with Scott. Check out footage of both below.
