Thanks to Theophilus London, we now know that there's a good possibility Kanye West's new album, SWISH, is complete. The Brooklyn rapper went to Twitter to tell the world that Ye was playing the record "on repeat" in Toronto. That segued into how awesome Travi$ Scott's upcoming Rodeo is, and how it's going to change lives.
