The new single by the pop superstar has finally arrived.

Justin Bieber is back. Today he released "What Do You Mean," the lead single off his fourth studio album. And he picks up where he left off — not with 2012's coming-of-age Believe, but his innovative collaboration with Skrillex and Diplo as Jack Ü, "Where Are Ü Now." Justin may be troubled by how "girls are just flippy-floppy" (his words), though with Skrillex's breezy tropical house production, he isn't forcing us to dwell on it all. The song's lyric video, featuring skateboarders Ryan Sheckler and Chelsea Castro, is just as easygoing.

Justin also announced today that his new album features Drake. "Always supported me since day one," he says, which is true — Drake makes a cameo in his "Baby" video. "He's a real good dude — just a solid, solid individual. Really cares about people too, and that's such a great quality to have." Watch him talk working with Drake below.
