She disguised herself as an Australian reporter to get the scoop.

Miley Cyrus just learned what people really think of her on Jimmy Kimmel Live. For the recurring segment "I Witness News," she disguised herself as an Australian reporter named Janet. She asked passersby whether they liked her, what they think of her hosting the MTV VMAs this Sunday and whether parents should consider her a role model for their children—never mind what a recent survey says.

One of the youngest people she polled, a fan of Miley's, tried twerking with "Janet" because why not. Among the adults surveyed, however, responses ranged from harmless ("No, no problem, I just like Taylor Swift better") to dead serious ("Well, the whole fabric of America is falling apart, and she's not doing anything to try and keep it together").

Miley also sat down on the late night show, though to mostly talk about her breasts. Host Jimmy Kimmel was visibly thrown off by her outfit—a bejeweled skirt suit, though with no top underneath the jacket, just heart-shaped pasties. But Miley is used to that sort of reaction. As she tells the audience, her almost-bare boobs once made Paul McCartney uncomfortable.
