"Prisoner" is off the Weeknd's third LP, 'Beauty Behind the Madness.'

Fans of the Weeknd first heard "Prisoner" during his July 22 concert in Osea, an island off the coast of Essex. To be clear, the R&B singer didn't perform the song. He had the crowd listen to a studio recording, though he must not have played the final result. If he had, then the crowd would have freaked out over its featured artist: Lana Del Rey.

In the version that appears on the Weeknd's third album Beauty Behind the Madness, both artists sound right at home as they make their obsessions seem like dangerous prospects. He compares being in love to being "a prisoner of my decisions," while she wonders whether she'd be better off living with or without celebrity ("I would be nothing without the touch / I feel the rush, it's amazing").
