In its 21st year, the Vans Warped Tour has evolved to branch out from the punk rock scene, while still making it the area of focus. This years' headliners includes hardcore acts like Pierce the Veil, Asking Alexandria and Black Veil Brides, while also featuring hip hop acts like Riff Raff and old-school pop-punkers Motion City Soundtrack. The touring festival boasts around 90 bands over ten stages in each location, including an acoustic stage, comedy tent, and electronic music focused stage. But what we think is most impressive is how all these bands still manage to pull off energetic sets, surviving the unbearable heat day after day! Before a torrential downpour in the evening, we caught up with some attendees at this year's St. Louis stop.
