Today, Gawker is reporting that the latest news to come out of the major Sony hacking scandal is this list of stipulations Marvel issued to Sony when it came to licensing Spidey for films. 

Sure it's standard for companies like DC or Marvel to have a list of demands for studios to abide by (like no murdering, no cursing, no underage sex), but it doesn't make for good press when you ask that your superhero isn't gay... or black. Oooof. 

...Which we guess really puts to rest all those rumors that the next Spider-Man will be black.
