Are they ever gonna stop her? Hell no.

Melbourne, Australia-based Jakubi learned at least one lesson from the law during the filming of their latest music video for the vibrant "Couch Potato": Towing a piece of upholstered furniture down the street? Not so easy.

"We tried a lot of different ways to make that couch roll," the band explains. "One of which got us arrested and on Australian TV show Highway Patrol. Apparently you need a permit to tow a couch on public roads [laughs]."

Jakubi keeps it close to the family. Comprised of two brothers, two cousins and one really good friend, the group oozes all the just-right elements of pop, electronic funk, soul, hip-hop and funk. It all makes for a refreshingly accessible cocktail of fun—and their new single and video for "Couch Potato" is testament to that.

Watch the exclusive premiere of "Couch Potato" below to see a beautiful, couch-bound, young woman learn a life lesson:

"The moral of the track is, just because everyone around you is growing up, finishing degrees and getting jobs doesn't mean you have to," Jakubi says. "Forget what's expected—there are no templates to life, so do what you love. if that means sitting on the couch for a little longer than others, then that's what's up!

"Sometimes, there's nothing wrong with being a couch potato!"

"Couch Potato" by Jakubi is available on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, and Google Play. Catch Jakubi live on tour this summer
