Inglewood-based rapper Skeme says he's the one behind those "Fancy" rhymes.

During a SXSW interview with iconic hip-hop journalist Sway, Inglewood-based rapper Skeme admitted that he was the ghostwriter behind Iggy Azalea hit "Fancy."

The song is currently credited as written by Azalea and Charli XCX (who Skeme says wrote the "I'm so fancy" chorus), along with composition/production credits listed as the Invisible Men (Jason Pebworth, George Astasio and Jon Shave) and the Arcade (Kurtis Mckenzie and Jon Mills).

At first, Skeme wasn't too open about discussing the ghostwriting credit, with Sway starting with "I'll tell you what I heard. There's a song that came popular in 2014, one of the most played songs on the radio that I heard you penned."

"Female artist," Sway guesses.

"Maybe," Skeme responds.

"...  Does it rhyme with 'wiggy'?" Sway asks.

That's when Skeme finally admits to ghostwriting hit song "Fancy," saying that he got a "nice suit" and house out of it.

"'Who dat/who dat'—did you write that part?" Sway presses.

"C'mon. I'm a Saints fan," replies Skeme.

Watch the interview below, the part in question starts the 2:27 mark and goes up to 6:00.

Azalea has seen her share of ghostwriting gossip, particularly with T.I. denying that he had anything to do with writing Azalea's rhymes.
