Umberto Gonzalez of Latino Review is claiming in his latest Instagram post that the name that's been "floating around" to portray the role of the Green lantern is none other than Chris Pine.

This will be DC/Warner Bros.' second shot at bringing Green Lantern to the movies. The first attempt starred Ryan Reynolds but the 2011 film ended up underperforming at the box office, with its $200 million budget and $219 million gross.

After that, Warner Bros. canceled any talk of sequels... but it looks like they're ready for another go. A new Green Lantern movie is scheduled for the year 2020.
