The results are in! And Drake is officially the most streamed on Spotify this year.

With "Hotline Bling" and the dance moves that go along with it practically taking over every airwave, screen and earbud, this comes as no surprise to many of us. According to a US-centric report Spotify recently released, Drake was streamed over 1.8 billion times between 46 million listeners. While he surpassed last year's record holder, Rihanna, in the streams department, she did have more people listening to her in 2014 with 57 million subscribers.

Despite Drizzy's victory, Ed Sheeran still holds the title for most streamed artist of all time on the streaming service. He has garnered 3 billion streams to date and has 59 million listerners in 2015 alone.
