On Saturday (November 7), Justin Bieber was filmed throwing yet another tantrum; this time flipping a chair at a restaurant in Cannes, France.

According to Perez Hilton, the scene was caused by overzealous fans who wouldn't leave the pop star alone; however, Biebs himself refuted the allegation on Twitter, explaining he had just heard some bad news from a friend.

No matter the cause, something's going on with the "Sorry" singer, who didn't seem sorry at all in Oslo a little over a week ago, when he stormed off stage during a concert. With Purpose coming out on Friday (November 9), we'd think he'd be in a bit of a better mood!
