From Justin Bieber to Maroon 5, here are five of the most exciting tour announcements of the week.
There were some mega-exciting tour announcements this week (although still nothing from Adele's camp), and boy is it a mixed bag of musicians. From Justin Bieber to Robert Smith, here's who we're most excited to see hit the road.
Justin Bieber 'Purpose' Tour
Justin Bieber is back in a big way (and we're not talking about his lil' Bieb that we saw in October). The infamous pop star has just announced a world tour in support of his upcoming album, Purpose. The singer will hit the road for the first time in three years, where he'll spend the spring and summer serenading his way across North America. Click here for more info.
Mumford & Sons 'An Arrow Through the Heartland' Tour
Still touring in support of their album, Wilder Minds, Mumford & Sons will be performing throughout middle America with their "An Arrow Through the Heartland" tour. The spring jaunt kicks off on March 3 with a headlining performance at the inaugural Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival. Click here for more info.
Prince 'Piano & A Microphone' Tour
Never one to let his talent grow stale, Prince is stepping out of his comfort zone with his just-announced "Piano & A Microphone" tour. He'll be performing in 10 cities around the world with just himself, a piano and, well, a microphone. Details are still TBA. Click here for more info.
Maroon 5 Fall Tour
Adam Levine is taking a break from his The Voice responsibilities and will be heading out on tour with Maroon 5. Although it's still a whooole year away, get excited for a fall run of shows throughout the US (with two stops in Quebec) that begin on September 3 at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, TX. Tove Lo, R. City and Phases are on tap for support. Click here for more info.
The Cure North American Summer Tour
A few weeks ago The Cure announced they'd be hitting the road in 2016 for a full-fledged North American trek—the band's first since 2008. Kicking off May 11 at a yet-to-be-determined venue in New Orleans, Robert Smith and the rest of the gang will be making stops in most major cities across the country (and Canada) until June 26.
