It's finally here, and it kicks ass.

Those who attended ComicCon in San Diego this summer got a sneak peek of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, but for us poor souls who were unable to attend, Lionsgate released the first official trailer today, and it's everything you'd expect from a movie with such a title. The first half of the minute-long clip satisfies the wants of anyone who's a fan of the classic Jane Austen novel—elegance, properness and amazing 19th century costumes—and then come the zombies.

Based on the parody by Seth Grahame-Smith, the Burr Steers-directed story follows Elizabeth Bennet (Lily James) and her sisters Lydia (Ellie Bamber), Mary (Millie Brady), Jane (Bella Heathcote), and Kitty (Suki Waterhouse) as they balance the societal pressures of 19th century England with fending off the undead. Pretty badass, if you ask us. Watch the entertaining trailer below.

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies was originally slated for a February 5, 2016 release, though the clip ends with a simple "Coming Soon."
